Nowt much
Another busy but pleasant week, think the fact that the mornings are getting a little lighter and the fact it's been dry but cold all week helps me. The sky has been soooooo blue.
I'S came into work for a couple of hours on Thursday, to meet with her staff and talk about the changes that are again occuring, I drove her home after, it rook over an hour due to major roadworks. Still I was treated to supper bless her.
There is a job coming up at work at the end of the month, that would be a promotion for me, Boss has suggested my applying for it, which I'm flattered by. You don't apply for those sort of jobs unless someone tells you to!! Have to do a presentaion, so I've spent half the evenings this week fine tuning my powerpoint skills and looking at various things to present. I've also bought Excel for dummies, as although I can use a spread sheet, I'm not exactly a "rocket scientist" in this area.....it's something that I'll need and have been meaning to do for ages.
Mommy S's daughter had baby number two 8th...8lb 6oz boy, she had a tough old labour this time compared to baby number one....haven't seen the baby yet, as this cold thing has been pretty awful and I don't want the whole houshold round there to be infected.
Cold thing is hanging round, hacking cough and stuffed up nose, constantly blowing your nose to hear is a great way to live life!...I've blown my poor snout sooooo many times this week it's actually peeling...I look so fecking attractive!
I've been very healthy eating this week and have had more exercise (apart from gym) walked to work 3/5 days, next week I'll try for everyday as long as it isn't raining. Can't be arsed to walk if it's raining...
